Hello and welcome!
Allow me to introduce myself…
I’m Jamie (she/her/hers), an empath, an intuitive and a highly sensitive here to bring some light to the darkness while I am here on the planet. I am also a licensed creative arts therapist in the state of New York, a registered drama therapist, and a playful life coach and energy healer. Over the past 22 years, I have dedicated myself to refining my play skills through professional experiences with diverse groups and individuals, spanning ages 3 to 100. In my multifaceted career, I've assumed roles such as educator, actress, playwright, magician, clown, and drama therapist, working across various regions of the U.S.
Today, I am a passionate therapist, coach, healer, and ally dedicated to cultivating an inclusive and affirming environment for individuals across diverse gender identities, expressions, and marginalized communities. My mission is to support others in broadening their range of self-expression, empowering them to experience enhanced joy, confidence, and well-being in their everyday lives.

One of my gifts is bringing light to dark places
and play to unlikely spaces.
My mission with Spark of Play is to help overwhelmed adults reignite their spark by engaging in playful, dynamic, and connective offerings. These include individual coaching for grownups, premarital/relationship coaching tailored to couples of all identities, sexual orientations, and gender expressions, as well as corporate wellness and personal development programming. The goal is to create inclusive spaces that resonate with diverse individuals, fostering joy and connection in all aspects of life.
Why play?
Play helps us expand our ways of thinking, feeling and being.
Play energizes us, bringing back our spark.
Play reduces stress.
Play increases our emotional intelligence and capacity for empathy.
Play lights up our whole brain and puts us in a state of flow.
Play is a way of unburdening ourselves and letting our worries out safely and creatively.
Play gives us deeper insights because it taps into the unconscious.
Play makes life more fun.
